Hello! I’m Faith, an experienced and patient teacher with 7+ years of teaching experience. I enjoy helping children understand Math in a simple, clear and practical way, especially when they feel that Math is difficult or confusing. My classes focus on building strong foundations rather than simply memorising answers. I first identify what the student already understands and where they need support, then I structure each lesson around their specific learning needs and schoolwork. I teach basic Math to elementary and middle school students, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, word problems, basic algebra and other essential skills. My lessons are interactive and supportive. I use clear explanations, guided practice, questions and age-appropriate activities to help students think through problems independently. I also adjust the pace of each lesson so students have enough time to understand and practise before moving to a new concept. Whether your child needs help keeping up with school, strengthening weak areas, preparing for a test or simply becoming more confident in Math, I would be happy to help. My goal is not just to help students get the right answer, but to help them understand why the answer is correct.
