In my class, you will start with practical, real-life articles that relate directly to your learning goals—whether that’s travel, business, daily conversations, or cultural understanding. I will guide you to listen and speak naturally used sentences, while also connecting them to the corresponding written words in context. I break down vocabulary from the article into simple, clear oral practices, helping you recognize sentence elements, arrange them correctly, and express your opinions in meaningful ways. Step by step, you'll build confidence in speaking short phrases, full sentences, and eventually complete paragraphs. My method emphasizes real-world communication: you’ll speak based on how people actually use Mandarin in modern life. Not textbook drills. With regular practice, you'll begin to understand sentence structures, self-correct, and speak more flexibly and fluently. As your vocabulary grows, so will your ability to express ideas of depth with pleasure and confidence. Every lesson is designed to be interactive, personalized, and immediately useful, so you can see progress and feel more comfortable using Mandarin in daily life. I spent 2 years in China during my work experience, assisting Chinese manufacturing plants and foreign customers in trade affairs. At work, I had conversations with staff from different provinces, accents, and different responsibilities. This brought a lot of stimulation and thinking to my interactive uses of mother tongue and English, and it also broadened flexible dialogue angles. This experience nourished my strength to develop Chinese teaching.
