I’m Büşra, I have a degree in Turkish Language and Literature and I’m certified in teaching Turkish as a foreign language from the University of Marmara in Istanbul. I have been teaching Turkish online and face-to-face classes for over five years.
I’m passionate about Turkish culture and life, especially Turkish music and Turkish cuisine, and have experience into these subjects. I will be incredibly happy to pass on this knowledge to you during our lessons.

My main program for students who wishes to learn Turkish is TOMER, YEE and etc. so that i choose the program for all level students. I always create more comfortable condition for students, feel them relaxed during learning process and try to be far from the standard teaching stereotypes. Teaching materials for fixing are widely used during the lessons .
I speak fluently Turkish and Russian, hold my lessons in both languages. These languages are being daily used. My English level gives my opportunity also to hold Turkish lessons.

I am a responsible, diligent, and enthusiastic person. While I was student teaching, I had the opportunity to take a student aside to help him with a, particularly difficult language concept that he was having trouble understanding. When I was able to show him a different way to approach the problem, and he “got it,” I knew that I had chosen the right field! I know that many of the learners represent challenging backgrounds, but I feel that I could make a difference in their lives by working with them. I like both to teach and learn with others, to share my knowledge with them. My teaching style usually varies from The directing style to the discussion and delegating style. My teaching promotes learning through listening and following directions. With this style, I tell the students what to do, how to do it, and when it needs to be done. I impart information to the students via lectures, assigned readings, audio/visual presentations, demonstrations, role-playing, and other means. Students gain information primarily by listening, taking notes, doing role plays, and practicing what they are told to do. The discussion-style promotes learning through interaction. In this style, I encourage critical thinking and lively discussion by asking students to respond to challenging questions. My role is being a facilitator guiding the discussion to a logical conclusion. Students learn to have opinions and to back them up with facts and data.

I'm Mehmet from Turkey. I can teach you Turkish and/or English. I'm a native Turkish speaker with a good accent and a qualified&experienced English teacher. I can also understand a little bit of Spanish and Portuguese. I have got my BA, MA and PhD in the field of language teaching. I like learning about new cultures and talking about social issues.
Teaching a language is my job and passion at the same time. I have taught to students from all age and proficiency levels with various motivations for more than 10 years. I am getting more and more experienced everyday but not old-fashioned. Thanks to my academic studies I can always update myself both in theory and practice.
At the very beginning of my lessons, I typically try to analyze the needs, expectations, and language learning history of the students. Then, I design the best course (curriculum, methodology, materials ...etc) for the individual student. I try hard to make my students active-learners. I believe it makes a big difference. I am also well aware of cognitive and socio-cultural factors in learning, so I often refer to those factors during the lessons.

I am a native Turkish speaker. I have been teaching English and Turkish for eleven years in high schools and online platforms. I am here to teach English and Turkish to foreigners in a professional way. I teach English and Turkish in all levels (A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2). First of all, my teaching method is the Natural approach which is Stephen Krashen's Foreign language acquisition method. If I briefly touch on this method, the student should fill his ear and brain with comprehensible input through continuous listening. In this way, conscious and subconscious learning occurs easily, and after a certain period of time, you can start speaking spontaneously. You can be sure that I will provide this to the students in the best possible way. In my first lesson, I analyze students' needs and goals for learning Turkish. Then I make a special curriculum for each student. During the education period, I always provide qualified Turkish learning materials for free.
