Non credo che il vero valore dell'insegnamento consista nel dare all'alunno tutte le risposte, ma nel metterlo nelle condizioni di trovare da solo le proprie soluzioni. Per me, imparare significa soprattutto acquisire autonomia, consapevolezza e fiducia nelle proprie capacità.
Il mio obiettivo durante le ripetizioni è quindi accompagnare l'alunno senza sostituirmi a lui: aiutarlo a individuare gli errori, incoraggiarlo quando incontra delle difficoltà, suggerire strategie e procedimenti e mostrargli, quando necessario, nuovi modi per affrontare un problema.
Credo che riuscire a risolvere un esercizio con le proprie forze sia molto più importante che imparare semplicemente a svolgerlo. Ogni difficoltà superata diventa così un'occasione di apprendimento, ma anche di crescita personale, perché contribuisce a costruire maggiore sicurezza e fiducia nelle proprie capacità.
