Ho imparato nel corso della mia esperienza che il vero valore della conoscenza non sta solo nell’acquistarla, ma nel trasmetterla ad altri. La condivisione di ciò che sappiamo crea una rete di crescita reciproca, che arricchisce tutti. Quando insegniamo, non solo doniamo, ma impariamo anche noi stessi. Un’altra motivazione che mi ha spinto è il desiderio di contribuire al miglioramento collettivo. Viviamo in un mondo che cambia rapidamente, e le sfide che ci troviamo ad affrontare richiedono competenze e saperi sempre più ampi.
