Hi, I’m Ruth your Chemistry Tutor Chemistry doesn’t have to feel confusing. I believe every student can understand it they just need someone who explains it their way, not the textbook’s way. I hold a B.Sc. (Ed) in Chemistry from Lagos State University, with research experience in medicinal plants and organocatalysts. I currently work as an Assistant Lecturer and Chemistry Educator, and I’m pursuing further studies toward a PhD in Chemistry. My teaching style is conversational and example-driven we talk through concepts, connect them to real life, and build understanding step by step until things click. Each lesson starts with a quick check on where you’re at, focuses on one concept at a time, and ends with a short recap so you leave more confident, not more confused. Questions are always welcome. I teach from foundational/beginner chemistry through high school and pre-university levels, including exam prep. I’ve helped students go from dreading chemistry to actually enjoying it my goal is to help you truly understand it, not just pass a test. Ready to make chemistry make sense? Let’s get started.
