Hello! I’m Diana, a native Russian speaker and multilingual tutor with over 5 years’ experience teaching Russian, French, English and Italian to learners aged 7–60. I hold a BA (Hons) in Music and Modern Languages & Cultures and have worked as a private tutor, teaching intern, and university representative. I usually organise 55–60 minute lessons like this: - 10 min: warm‑up and review - 20 min: new grammar/vocabulary with short, clear explanations - 20 min: speaking practice (role‑plays, discussions, exam tasks, real‑life scenarios) - 10 min: feedback, personalised tips, and homework to reinforce learning For children and teens, I use games, stories, pictures, and songs to make the language fun and memorable. For adults, we focus on dialogues for travel/work, news/articles, pronunciation, and the language you actually need. For exam students, I focus on past papers, speaking mocks, writing feedback, and exam strategy. Students typically see noticeable progress within 8-12 weeks: beginners can hold basic conversations, exam students improve grades and confidence, and adults gain practical speaking skills for real situations.
