I am a dedicated and experienced English teacher with over seven years of teaching experience across both classroom and online learning environments. As such, I consciously reduce teacher talk time and increase student talk time through elicitation, guided practice, and open-ended questioning. I design lessons that allow learners to discover language patterns, practice meaningfully, and use English for real communication rather than passive repetition. I place great emphasis on clarity and structure in my lessons. Clear instructions, effective time management, and well-paced activities ensure that learners remain focused and comfortable throughout each session. I also make effective use of teaching resources and props, especially in online settings, to maintain engagement and aid understanding. Visual aids, miming, gestures, and contextual examples play a key role in supporting comprehension, particularly for young learners and beginners. Building rapport with students is central to my teaching approach. I strive to create a calm, friendly, and supportive environment where learners feel safe to make mistakes and express themselves. Error correction is handled gently and constructively, often through reformulation or guided self-correction, so learners improve without losing confidence or motivation. Overall, I am a calm, amiable, and result-oriented educator who values progress, consistency, and student well-being.
