¡Hola! Un gusto estar acá con ustedes Mi nombre es Hernán Alejo Martí. Soy abogado y docente con más de 22 años de experiencia tanto en el ámbito jurídico como en el educativo. A lo largo de estas dos décadas, he tenido la oportunidad de enseñar en distintos niveles educativos, desde espacios de formación inicial hasta universidades y cursos de actualización profesional. Este recorrido me permitió conocer distintos perfiles de estudiantes, distintas formas de aprender, y sobre todo, reafirmar algo que siempre supe: cada persona es única, y también lo es su forma de aprender. A lo largo de mi carrera, siempre intenté que mis clases fueran algo más que una simple transmisión de contenidos. Creo profundamente que enseñar es también acompañar, y que el conocimiento cobra verdadero valor cuando se puede entender, aplicar y compartir. Por eso, desde el primer día me propuse ser un docente innovador, que utilice todas las herramientas a su alcance para que el aprendizaje sea accesible, claro y motivador. Me gusta pensar mis clases como un espacio dinámico, donde además de abordar los contenidos teóricos, podamos analizar casos reales, debatir, preguntar, resolver situaciones concretas y, sobre todo, construir juntos el conocimiento. Uso herramientas digitales, recursos interactivos y metodologías participativas, siempre adaptadas a las habilidades e intereses de cada grupo. Uno de los pilares fundamentales de mi forma de enseñar es la empatía. Sé que cada estudiante tiene su propio contexto, sus desafíos y sus fortalezas, y mi rol es acompañarlos desde el respeto, la escucha y la comprensión. Mi objetivo es que se sientan cómodos, motivados y protagonistas de su propio proceso de aprendizaje. En definitiva, soy un docente que busca crear vínculos humanos además de académicos, que enseña desde la experiencia pero también desde la humildad de saber que siempre se puede aprender algo nuevo.
