Hi, my name is Vera, and I am a certified online Chemistry and Mathematics tutor passionate about helping students learn with confidence and clarity. I teach GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, and IB Chemistry, and I also support primary and elementary Mathematics learners by helping them build strong foundations through engaging and interactive lessons. I have experience working with students from different countries and educational backgrounds, giving me strong knowledge of various international curricula and exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Cambridge, and IB. My teaching style is simple, structured, and student-focused. I break down difficult concepts into easy steps, helping students understand topics deeply rather than memorizing information. I support students with areas such as bonding, moles, organic chemistry, calculations, data interpretation, and exam-style questions. In my online lessons, I use writing tablets for clear real-time explanations and step-by-step problem solving, creating an interactive classroom experience for students. I am also experienced with online science teaching tools, virtual laboratory simulations, graphing tools, digital whiteboards, and other educational technologies that make online learning practical, engaging, and easy to follow. For practical science topics, I use virtual labs and visual teaching tools to help students understand experiments, observations, and scientific reasoning, even in an online environment.
