Hi, I am Nishi Hossain and I have been tutoring children and adults in mathematics and chemistry for 7 years. I began tuition at the age of 16 and have since worked in multiple agencies, secondary schools and independently. I have a BSc in mathematics and philosophy from the university of Bristol. I am super passionate about helping students meet their potential. Growing up as a young person I felt that school education is very general and does not cater to the learning styles of all students. Classroom performance can leave students feeling unfulfilled and not good enough in certain subjects however this is not the case. All students are capable of achieving greatly in all subjects at GCSE level given the right motivation and form of teaching and this is something I have worked on over the years to perfect. I love doing what I do as I feel greatly rewarded for helping students see in mathematics and chemistry what I can - that it is simple once you start looking at it in a way that you understand.

Además participe de la olimpiada matemática en sus diferentes competencias durante 5 años. Mi pasión por estas ciencias hace que mis clases sean fluidas y dinámicas. Para que obtengas el nivel que buscas en tus asignaturas. Trabajo con una pedagogía mixta cuya orientación principal es hacia la construcción del conocimiento. Mis clases son por niveles de aprendizaje, en las que una vez aprendida la teoría requerida, afianzamos los conceptos con resolución de problemas en las que el alumno/a adquiere un rol muy participativo. Una vez aprendido el tema, pasamos al siguiente escalón teórico (tema). Este tipo de pedagogía garantiza un aprendizaje no solo para aprobar la asignatura que tengas que dar, sino que además te va a generar un aprendizaje para toda la vida.

I guide people, either through the parts of chemistry they find difficult, if they just have some problems, or through the whole subject, always giving simple, basic and easy to understand reasons. It is essential that the students like the subject, and I find that my students end up liking chemistry much more than they did at the start, and get a real feeling that it is an enjoyable subject. I know chemistry is often disliked as a subject, but this is the teaching, not a problems of chemistry itself, and I have found I get people to like it!

Hi, guys I have been teaching since i was 19 (its been 15 years ) so I exactly know what difficulties most of you experience while doing Maths and Physics and I have my own specialized methods to deal with them. For example in Physics, most of the time its difficult to comprehend the concept because it defies commonsense so we need to analyze the concept while considering ourselves in space or sometime deep down the earth. In mathematics sometimes its difficult to comprehend , what examiner is asking or which steps and method/formula to follow in order to reach the answer , so we need to classify the problems into several stages and that will help you see through it . I am very good in relating the book concept to the world beyond the book and classroom and that is the reason several of my students have scored world distinctions in IGCSE and A levels most of the students scores 8 or 9 in IGCSE and A+ in A levels and have secured admission in top Ivy leagues .
