I am a Hull York medical student, who scored A* in all my GCSE's and A-levels, and a 3160 in my UCAT as well as band 1 in my SJT. This isn't the first time I give classes, as in school I used to teach some Biology lessons! In my classes I: Give a quick introduction to the topic that the student would like to revise, I then proceed to take certain points (I like to call them LO’s) and dive deeper into them. With each LO i will show the student a range of past paper questions of different difficulties so they can get accustomed to exam style questions. At the end I will provide a short summary and set the student homework. I like to adapt my teaching according to the students learning style, for example if a student learns best with diagrams and images, I will make sure that how I describe my points is by implementing such things to ensure that the student grasps the concept.

Il mio obiettivo è aiutare lo studente nella costruzione di un metodo di studio, attraverso l’uso di strategie di apprendimento efficaci e modalità didattiche personalizzate, ottimizzando il tempo dedicato allo studio per raggiungere i risultati prefissati. Metodologia didattica: partendo da un ripasso strutturato della teoria, dopo aver compreso quali possano essere le lacune, verranno svolti prima insieme, e successivamente in autonomia con la mia supervisione, degli esercizi di applicazione pratica selezionati per risolvere i dubbi e correggere gli errori. Da remoto, al fine di rendere la lezione il più efficace possibile, utilizzo un tablet/tavoletta grafica tramite cui è possibile interagire con lo studente. Nelle mie lezioni non mi limito a spiegare l’argomento trattato, ma punto a far appassionare i ragazzi alla materia, per spronarli ad acquisire consapevolezza di ciò che imparano e a comprenderne le finalità. Ho molta esperienza con i ragazzi, insegnare è il mio lavoro e la mia passione!

Hola, soy Nuria!! Habiendo pasado la ESO y Bachillerato hace relativamente poco (aprox 1 año), conozco de primera mano los problemas y dificultades a los que puedes estar enfrentándote. Además, no habrá un cambio significativo en el temario que se esté enseñando actualmente, con lo que puedo enseñar con seguridad algo que yo he dado anteriormente. Llevo 3 años dando clases a estudiantes de la ESO, por lo que tengo una mínima experiencia en la planificación del temario a enseñar. Sólo espero que las clases se hagan amenas y que aprendas mucho en el proceso :) Antes de empezar con las clases, se informaría sobre los temas en los que se tiene que profundizar más. A partir de aquí, las clases consisitirán en repasar la teoría del tema dado y realizar ejercicios diversos para aplicar los conocimientos obtenidos. Por supuesto, se podrán resolver dudas del alumno en cuánto a teoría y problemas. Siempre son recibidos comentarios del alumno para poder guiar las clases cómo él decida,
