Hello, my name is Oluwapelumi Owoade, I go mostly by Pelumi. I have a bachelors degree in biomedical sciences and I am currently pursuing a master/phd program in biomedical sciences also. I have been tutoring for the past 3 years and I was a tutor in the Upbound Tutor TriO program. I focus on core sciences subjects of mathematics, biology, physics and chemistry. I like my classes to be paced and determined based on the need of the student in the moment. I believe regular school courses are very fast paced and most student get left behind while the professors are trying to cover the curriculum for the class. My goal as a tutor is to provide a space where my students let me know the aspects of the class more difficult to comprehend and we take time to look at the concept together until my student is comfortable with the material
