Hello, that's Sasha! I am a native Russian tutor, who is passionate about learning languages and discovering different cultures and wants to provide that experience to others. I am happy with sharing knowledge about my native culture and giving Russian language lessons! Let me tell you a little bit more about myself and my hobbies :) Along with being highly enthusiastic about learning languages, I am in love with horses. In my teenage times, I was doing horseriding, namely show jumping. Sports is still a huge part of my life. I also enjoy reading, especially, Russian classical literature, dystopias and non-fiction books, mainly on psychology. I have a cat I adore, whose name is Snickers. He often keeps me company in the lessons! I have been teaching Russian as a foreign language and English to Russian-speaking students online for almost a year now. In my lessons, I use interactive boards, textbooks, YouTube videos, interesting and entertaining articles, and authentic materials. We are developing all the important skills like speaking, listening, reading and writing. I am paying attention to my students' speaking skills, as it's often overlooked. I believe, that speaking a foreign language in a safe and friendly atmosphere creates confidence in using a foreign language.
