En este tiempo he aprendido que enseñar no consiste solo en transmitir información, sino en acompañar, escuchar y adaptar la explicación hasta que el conocimiento realmente se entienda.
Creo firmemente que no existen preguntas “tontas” ni personas incapaces de aprender, solo diferentes caminos hacia la comprensión. Por eso, una de las frases que más rechazo es “a buen entendedor, pocas palabras”. Para mí, si alguien no entiende, es responsabilidad del profesor explicar las veces y de las formas que sean necesarias hasta que el estudiante logre hacerlo.
He tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con personas con distintas capacidades y estilos de aprendizaje, lo que me ha permitido desarrollar una profunda paciencia y una sensibilidad especial para adaptar mis métodos a cada situación.
Mi meta es convertirme en profesor, no solo por vocación, sino porque encuentro una enorme satisfacción en ver cómo alguien pasa de la confusión a la comprensión, de la frustración al logro.
