Hello, my name is Sheila, UX, UI, and graphic designer with a passion for traveling, camping, and listening to music. In addition to my love for graphic design, I also have a strong desire to teach and interact with people from different cultures. I am Risha. I am from Lucknow, India. And, I have been a design enthusiast forever. To convert my passion for design into a profession, I did my Bachelor’s in Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, one of the best design colleges in the world. Since college, I have done numerous internships, and jobs in the Graphic Design field in various firms across the country and also online. I really enjoy teaching Design because it makes me extremely happy to see other people understand the world from a design perspective. Over time, I’ve also realised that knowing the basics of design is a skill that one can use in many domains of work, like marketing, generating insights, and even building a brand.
My teaching method will be very personalized where I’ll start with the very basics and then build your skills depending on your speed of learning.

Siempre he sentido inclinación por la enseñanza y mientras estaba estudiando mi diplomatura (y después grado) en diseño gráfico en la escuela de arte pude dar clases de apoyo a compañeras que tenían dificultades con algunas asignaturas. También se me ha dado siempre bien hablar en público y la comunicación, y he sido conferenciante en diversas ocasiones, por lo que me siento muy cómodo dando clases y me inspira compartir mis conocimientos.
Me gustaría apoyar y ayudar a quien esté interesado en aprender a diseñar, aportando un valor que no esté en los tutoriales de software de Youtube, sino aprender como tiene que pensar alguien que diseña: orientado a la resolución de problemas de comunicación mediante la imagen. Me gustaría ayudar a la gente a no cometer los errores que cometí yo cuando empezaba.
Puedo dar clases teóricas y prácticas de tipografía, para que aprendas el valor qu aporta, su clasificación y cómo distinguir una buena de una mala decisión y adecuación tipográfica a tu proyecto. Tambien puedo enseñarte a componer correctamente una imagen, enseñandote las leyes básicas de la percepción visual y desarrollando ejercicios que te ayuden a mejorar tu capapacidad de componer, para que entiendas cuando y por qué una imagen funciona mejor que otra.
En general, me siento cómodo hablando y enseñando cualquier área de los principios fundacionales del diseño: teoría de la imagen, comunicación efectiva, color, retórica visual, maquetación, creación de un briefing creativo, una estrategia de marca o copywriting, pero también me gustaría enseñar todos los fundamentos de la especialización en diseño de marcas y en diseño editorial, en los que me he especializado.
Si quieres aprender a usar Adobe Illustrator, InDesign y Photoshop, que son tres pilares en el software de diseño gráfico, también puedes contar conmigo para eso.
Poseo amplia bibliografía en distintas áreas del diseño, cultura del diseño, presto atención a los detalles y soy bastante perfeccionista. Puedo ayudarte a desarrollar proyectos, tutorizarte y ayudarte a enfocarlos correctamente, desenvolver estrategias creativas y compartir los métodos para comunicar eficazmente a nivel gráfico.

Trayectoria académica y profesional
Soy Diseñador Gráfico (recibido en U.B.A. - Universidad de Buenos Aires) y desde hace varios años trabajo como profesor en distintas instituciones. Trabaje tiempo en la industria gráfica y diseñando páginas web. También soy fotógrafo, camarógrafo y editor de video profesional en el rubro sociales por lo que me actualizo constantemente.
Metodología
Mi método de enseñanza se basa en integrar teoría y ejercicios prácticos, generando muchos y pequeños modulos de conocimiento, tratando de hacer más dinámica la clase. Mi único objetivo es que APRENDAS la consigna como de a lugar. !! Por lo que no dudes en pedir una nueva explicación!
