I am a Hull York medical student, who scored A* in all my GCSE's and A-levels, and a 3160 in my UCAT as well as band 1 in my SJT.
This isn't the first time I give classes, as in school I used to teach some Biology lessons!
In my classes I:
Give a quick introduction to the topic that the student would like to revise, I then proceed to take certain points (I like to call them LO’s) and dive deeper into them. With each LO i will show the student a range of past paper questions of different difficulties so they can get accustomed to exam style questions. At the end I will provide a short summary and set the student homework. I like to adapt my teaching according to the students learning style, for example if a student learns best with diagrams and images, I will make sure that how I describe my points is by implementing such things to ensure that the student grasps the concept.
