My name is Sherry, and I’m from Guangdong, China. Chinese is my native language, and I’ve grown up fully immersed in the language and culture. I have a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication, which helped me develop strong communication skills and understand how language and culture are closely connected. I am a graduated student who study English in college. During my college time, I did the part time job as an English teacher. when I start working, I became an English translator. I had contact with many friends from English speaking countries. Most of them have a strong interest in China and often talk with me in Chinese. They also ask me to teach them Chinese and correct their pronunciation. From then on, I fell in love with teaching Chinese, and then I obtained the International Chinese Professional Teacher Qualification. I hope to continue to teach Chinese and help more people.
