Hello, future learners of Chinese. I come from Shandong Province, China, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, the birthplace of Confucian culture. Whether you are interested in Chinese history, traditional culture, local snacks, fine wines, or tourist attractions, we can communicate with each other.
I am a professional Chinese teacher, holding a Putonghua Proficiency Certificate issued by the State Language Commission of China. I have obtained a bachelor's degree in education and can speak Chinese, English, and a little Korean.
I have three years of offline teaching experience and two years of online teaching experience. I have tutored children, high school students, business professionals, and short-term interest learners (from Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, etc.). What impresses me most is an Australian primary school student with zero foundation who won the championship in the junior group of the school's Chinese speaking competition within three months. There is also a learner preparing for the HSK exam who successfully obtained the certificate within three months.
I know that learning a new language is not an easy task. I will formulate appropriate learning content and plans according to the actual situation of students. My goal is not only to help students systematically master Chinese knowledge, improve their Chinese proficiency, achieve their learning goals, and communicate confidently and fluently, but also to make students more interested in Chinese and Chinese culture through my teaching, which is my honor.
Let students master Chinese in happiness and gain happiness in learning. Chinese is not difficult; you just lack a suitable teacher, and I am your best choice.

Hi there! I’ve taught Chinese as a foreign language since 2021, with a background in Education from Lingnan Normal University. From 2021-2023, I worked as a teacher and curriculum specialist at Tang Chinese, and have since accumulated over 400 hours of tutoring experience.
I’ve guided students from Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Australia, Iran, the US, South Africa, and Russia — from absolute beginners to HSK 4 level. I teach HSK 1-4 (test prep & skill building), Basic/Intermediate Spoken Chinese, and Beginner Business Chinese, and am familiar with mainstream textbooks.
My approach avoids rigid memorization: I use real-life examples and immersive contexts to help students intuitively grasp Chinese. I also proactively point out common mistakes to save time. Students often say my classes are highly effective — they note that while native speakers can communicate, professional teaching makes learning smoother. Whether you’re prepping for HSK or building practical skills, I’m here to support your progress!

Hi, I’m Annie. I’m originally from China, and Mandarin is my native language. Growing up, I used Mandarin in everyday life, so I can help you learn the language in its most natural and authentic form. Now I’m based in North America, and I use English every day as well. This makes me fully bilingual—I’m fluent in both Mandarin and English, which allows me to easily connect with both English speakers and Mandarin speakers.
My professional background has been in coaching and product management. These roles gave me a lot of experience in communication, collaboration, and guiding people to reach their goals. I learned how to listen carefully, explain clearly, and break down complex topics into simple, practical steps. When it comes to teaching Mandarin, these skills are extremely valuable because I can tailor my explanations to your learning style and focus on what you actually need in real conversations.
Learning Mandarin can sometimes feel intimidating—whether it’s the tones, the characters, or the cultural context behind certain expressions. But I believe every challenge can be turned into an opportunity for progress if you have the right guidance. My approach is to make learning interactive and enjoyable. Instead of just memorizing vocabulary or grammar rules, I encourage using the language in real-life scenarios—ordering food at a restaurant, asking for directions, or talking about your daily activities. From there, we can build up to more advanced conversations like workplace discussions or cultural topics.
Because I’ve lived and worked in both China and North America, I understand the cultural differences that English speakers often face when learning Mandarin. I can bridge that gap by explaining not only how to say something, but also why it is said that way and what cultural meaning it carries. This helps learners go beyond textbook knowledge and develop confidence in real-world interactions.
If your goal is to learn Mandarin for travel, work, or personal growth, I’d be happy to support you on your journey. With my bilingual background, professional coaching experience, and passion for cross-cultural communication, I can help you make steady progress while enjoying the process. Learning a language is not just about grammar and vocabulary—it’s about connecting with people and understanding a different way of seeing the world. And that’s exactly what I’d love to share with you.
