Ho conseguito la laurea magistrale in Linguistica italiana al Cairo, poi ho avuto l'opportunità di conseguire il dottorato di ricerca in Italianistica presso l'Università di Roma La Sapienza. Mi è piaciuta molto la cultura italiana, tanto è vicinissima all'egiziana, ciò mi ha spinto alla didattica delle due lingue (italiano ad arabofoni ed arabo ad italofoni) facendone sempre durante le lezioni gli aspetti di affinità e di divergenze.
