I was part of my school's "Writing Center", where I tutored younger students in academic writing. Each English Liberal Arts class had only 1-2 students selected by their foreign teachers for the Writing Center, making it an exclusive group of fewer than ten students per grade. Each of us was assigned around ten younger students, who would schedule sessions with us whenever they needed help with assignments or projects. We assisted with PEEL paragraph structures, evaluated the strength of arguments in their writing, and even provided in-class support during lessons. As an official school organization, the Writing Center was recognized as an academic course, and I ultimately received an A grade.
