Hi! My name is Umar Ali and I am almost done with my degree in Computer Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). You must be asking yourself by now: what does a computer geek have to do with teaching English? Well, this computer geek has been teaching students since 2018. I started off small by volunteering to teach underprivileged kids at state schools but eventually I started teaching home tuitions to people of wealthier backgrounds. Recently, I have also been hired by the Native Camp, a Japan-based online teaching platform, as an English teacher. English has been my favourite subject ever since I was a little kid.
