I mainly worked in hospitality when travelling and due to my vast experience I have managed bars and restaurants in different countries. I am now a fully qualified yoga instructor to adults and children. I run my own yoga business here in the south of Spain offering classes and hosting retreats. I have experience teaching groups in academies and one-to-one in-person classes. The communicative approach is focused on during classes and I have experience with different teaching methods including Dogme which focuses on the learners’ needs.
