i am Preenola Naidoo, l live in south Africa I'm 29 years old, i grew up in a beautiful city of Durban, i completed my schooling in 2013, my qualifications include a business management course completed in 2020, i obtained my TEFL certificate in 2021. my hobbies are cooking, baking, reading, exercising, outdoor activities, traveling, listening to music. why do i love teaching? my love for teaching and desire to work with kids started while i was employed in busy bee 😊creche aftercare in 2017 and realized my true passion of teaching and nurturing young minds. the experience that i gained there was invaluable. i have a special talent for working with kids of all ages: my classes ✍️will focus on developing minds in a fun educational manner. starting with kids ages [4-6] i will focus on developing these young beautiful minds by focusing on basic 👩🏫💻grammar, phonics and vocabulary, you will learn this in the best possible way, and we will use colorful charts, 🌏🌍📚nursery rhymes and fun games [6-12] i will focus on reading skills writing skills, grammar and vocabulary. conversational skills will lead to increased confidence in English fluency and vocabulary. for the next age category which is the young age teens you can expect a lot fun interactive learning opportunities. we will focus on reading, writing skills, grammar and pronunciation. using all the skills and learning material that we have, all facilitated by my usual bubbly personality making learning fun. for adults we will focus on tailor made classes designed specially to cater for your needs and interests. speaking, grammar and conversational skills will be the main focus.
teaching is my passion because i learn and grow every day from my students as much as i teach them [if not more] i love teaching because students leave my classroom with something they did not have before. the ability to share knowledge is a bit like a superpower. i love teaching because every day is different. i am an enthusiastic fun and supportive teacher who has the ability to connect with kids while supporting their growth and development. my teaching style can be best described as interactive, supportive and transparent. i encourage my students to have a voice in the classroom, ask questions when they come up and participate actively in all conversations thus creating a safe environment for all to learn.

¡Hola! Mi nombre es Carolina y he finalizado mi formación en Literatura con la Universidad de Cambridge.
Al ser estudiante, se mejor que nadie que el profesor debe adaptarse al alumno. Por ello, mi metodología no es rígida, si no que me adapto a las necesidades del alumno; tanto si necesita trabajar con material proporcionado por su colegio como si quiere que le organice un itinerario.
En cuanto a mi metodología, creo firmemente en que el alumno aprende mejor en un entorno dinámico. Mis clases son, ante todo, interactivas. También ayudo a hacer tareas puntuales, como ensayos.
Mi objetivo es ayudar a los alumnos a que aprendan de una forma que a mi me hubiera gustado de joven.
Mis clases pueden estar dirigidas a reforzar o repasar temario base, profundizar en algún tema, ayuda en deberes o trabajos.
Iré orientando las clases dependiendo de lo que el alumno necesite. Por ello, no tengo un curriculum rígido. Sin embargo, sí tengo un orden en cuanto a como doy mis clases:
1 - Empezamos con una clase gratis para que el alumno pueda decidir si estaría interesado en profundizar en su aprendizaje conmigo.
2 - Una vez que el alumno decida, me enviará el temario que quiere estudiar con al menos 24 horas, para poder preparar ejercicios, actividades o esquemas que le puedan ayudar a entender mejor.

In my classes, if you're shy to speak at first, we can play role - playing games, like pretending to be in a Chinese restaurant or a shop. If Chinese characters seem hard, we'll play word games—for example, the character "sēn" (forest) is made up of three "mù" (tree) characters, so you can remember it as "many trees make a forest".
Don't worry if you start late or make mistakes. Learning Chinese is like building with blocks—we'll take it step by step. Estaba viendo tantas películas de animación italianas cada mañana y tarde que mis padres me amenazaban de bloquearme el televisor. :)) Despues, en vez de hacer mis tareas de matemáticas, estaba aprendiendo gramática italiana. Mi padres estaban preocupados: ”¿Como vas a pasar tus examenes?” ¡Yo no sabía como, pero sabía que en la escuela secundaria iba a aprender 5 classes de italiano a la semana! Cuantas emociones tuve cuando recibí el libro de italiano y leí el título de la primera lección ”Italia – il bel paese!”
Comparado con otros idiomas, el italiano tiene una gran ventaja. Es bastante fácil aprender lo básico para tener una conversación, para entender y hacerse entender. Es verdad, superado el nivel básico, el italiano se vuelve más y más difícil, hasta comprender y disfrutar de la sabiduría de Dante Alighieri en ”La Divina Commedia”. ¡Pero, ¿sabes?!
