Soy una profesora de inglés con 15 años de experiencia, tras haber trabajado durante 12 años como gerente y conferencista en Finanzas y Marketing. A lo largo de mi carrera docente, he tenido el privilegio de colaborar con grandes empresas como BP, Siemens, SAAB, Lukoil y el Banco Nacional Checo (ČSOB), así como con varios ministerios gubernamentales, incluyendo el Fondo Nacional de Petróleo de Azerbaiyán y el Ministerio de Comunicación de Azerbaiyán.
He enseñado a estudiantes de todas las edades, desde niños hasta adultos, tanto en línea como presencialmente. Tengo experiencia preparando alumnos para exámenes como TOEFL, FCE e IELTS, además de evaluar profesionalmente las habilidades de inglés de candidatos en BP. Mi metodología de enseñanza se centra completamente en el estudiante, ya que cada persona aprende de manera diferente. Mientras que el método directo funciona bien para algunos, otros se benefician más del enfoque comunicativo (CLT). Adapto mi trabajo al nivel y estilo de aprendizaje de cada estudiante, y siempre los animo a participar y hablar lo máximo posible en clase. Gracias a este enfoque personalizado, muchos de mis alumnos han continuado estudiando conmigo durante tres años o más. Algunos han aprobado el examen IELTS y emigrado al extranjero, otros han ingresado a las escuelas de su elección y varios han obtenido ascensos profesionales.
Soy originaria de Estados Unidos, pero he pasado los últimos 15 años enseñando en el extranjero, en República Checa, Turquía, Ucrania, Azerbaiyán, China (en línea) y Georgia. Hablo cinco idiomas, lo cual considero que ha enriquecido enormemente mi labor como docente. Habiendo experimentado tanto malos como excelentes profesores, comprendo de primera mano lo que realmente ayuda a los estudiantes a tener éxito.
