When we practice together, I gently correct grammar mistakes and explain why a sentence should be structured in a certain way. This helps learners understand the logic behind the language rather than just memorizing rules.
I also try to make lessons engaging and practical. For instance, we might read short scripts together, practice dialogues, or discuss everyday topics like hobbies, work, or current events. This makes learning more interesting and helps students see how English fits naturally into their daily lives.
What motivates me the most is seeing people grow in confidence.
