Hi there! I’m Mariam Jane, a passionate ESL teacher from the Philippines who loves helping students gain confidence in speaking English through fun, engaging, and supportive lessons. 🌏📚 I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Needs Education and a TEFL certification, with more than three years of teaching experience working with young learners and students from diverse backgrounds. I have experience teaching English online and providing academic support in different subjects, which strengthened my ability to adapt lessons based on each learner’s needs and learning style. My teaching approach focuses on communication, confidence-building, and creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves in English. I believe learning should be enjoyable, interactive, and meaningful, so I always include engaging activities, conversation practice, and encouragement in every lesson. If you’re looking for a patient, friendly, and enthusiastic teacher who makes learning English enjoyable and effective, I’d be happy to guide you on your English learning journey!
