Aprendemos idiomas para comunicarnos, y nos comunicamos para conectar, así que ¿por qué tantas personas salen de una academia sin poder hacer presentaciones, enviar correos electrónicos ni contar chistes?
Muchos profesores carecen de la preparación cultural, psicológica y empresarial necesaria para prepararte más allá del mundo de los exámenes. Aunque utilizo materiales del MCER y de Cambridge para evaluar niveles, mis clases se adaptan a tus necesidades y a cómo evoluciona el inglés en distintas culturas. He ayudado a casi 100 estudiantes a aprobar exámenes, pero si tu único objetivo es obtener un certificado, no soy el profesor adecuado para ti. Estoy aquí para crear conexiones y experiencias.
Aprender un idioma no es algo que funcione igual para todos. Algunas personas prefieren comenzar con reglas, mientras que otras aprenden de forma natural a través de la conversación. Un buen profesor adapta los métodos a ti. Mi enfoque se basa en una licenciatura en inglés y psicología (UBC), certificaciones TEFL avanzadas y años de enseñanza a estudiantes de más de 30 países.
