My professional background is in business transformation, programme and project management, stakeholder management, governance and facilitation. I have worked across telecommunications, information technology, banking and financial services, so I understand that professional English is about much more than knowing the right vocabulary. I hold a Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (168 hours), as well as certificates in Teaching Business English (30 hours) and Classroom Teaching Practice (10 hours).
I organise lessons around your starting point, your objectives and the professional situations you want to master. We will identify where communication is currently difficult, work on the language and structure you need, practise it in realistic situations, and refine your communication through constructive feedback.
