Bienvenue à toi, futur développeur. Je m’appelle Ulrich, ingénieur logiciel et Lead Tech. J’ai travaillé sur des produits technologiques dans des contextes exigeants (fintech, santé, plateformes métiers), avec une priorité constante : construire des solutions fiables, utiles et réellement utilisées. Aujourd’hui, je consacre une partie de mon temps à accompagner des développeurs motivés qui veulent progresser sérieusement, sans se perdre dans une théorie déconnectée de la réalité du terrain. Ma manière d’enseigner est simple : on apprend en construisant. Que ce soit en Kotlin, TypeScript, Java, Node.js ou Android, l’objectif n’est pas de connaître la syntaxe par cœur, mais de comprendre comment concevoir des applications propres, maintenables et prêtes pour la production. Concrètement, on travaille sur : * des projets réels, proches de ceux rencontrés en entreprise ; * les bonnes pratiques professionnelles (architecture, lisibilité du code, tests, performance) ; * les erreurs classiques que l’on découvre souvent trop tard, une fois en production. Mon parcours m’a permis de contribuer à des applications utilisées par un grand nombre d’utilisateurs, de concevoir des architectures backend solides et d’encadrer des équipes techniques. J’ai aussi fait de nombreuses erreurs — et c’est précisément ce retour d’expérience qui te fera gagner du temps. Notre collaboration commence toujours par une discussion autour de tes objectifs : trouver un emploi, monter en compétence, lancer un projet personnel ou aller jusqu’à la mise en production d’une application. Ensuite, on entre rapidement dans le code, avec un accompagnement personnalisé et progressif. L’apprentissage se fait naturellement, par la pratique et la compréhension, pas par des cours génériques. Si tu souhaites : * renforcer ton niveau en Kotlin ou en Java ; * comprendre réellement Node.js et TypeScript ; * développer et déployer une application mobile ou backend utilisable en conditions réelles ; je peux t’accompagner dans cette démarche. Une première session est offerte, afin de poser les bases et voir si notre façon de travailler te correspond. Enfin, l’aspect technique ne fait pas tout. Nous pouvons aussi aborder les questions de produit et de valeur : une application n’est pas seulement faite pour fonctionner, mais pour répondre à un besoin concret.

Aparte de eso, de vez en cuando ejerzo de mentor -en inglés- de varios lenguajes (principalmente Java) en la plataforma Exercism. ------------------- Creo firmemente que el profesor debe inculcar la curiosidad y el espíritu crítico en el alumno. Son cualidades que transcienden cualquier ámbito de conocimiento, ya que son importantes para la vida. Después de más de diez años de programador en varias empresas y con distintos lenguajes (C, C++, Python, Java, Kotlin, etc.) he llegado a la conclusión de que lo que más me gusta es la Docencia de la Programación. Mi técnica se basa en dos métodos: - Aprendizaje estructurado. Explico los conceptos a medida que se van necesitando o cuando el alumno pregunta. - Aprendizaje basado en proyectos. Es muy importante dejar que el alumno cometa errores y que aprenda a expresarse usando los términos propios de la Programación. En niveles más avanzados hago mucho hincapié en la relación entre los diferentes lenguajes de programación. Mis clases pueden ayudar a estudiantes de Grados o Ciclos de Informática, a programadores noveles o a alguien que está haciendo su página web o interactuando con un asistente de Inteligencia Artificial.
