Hello! I’m Shradhha Mohanty, a passionate educator, dancer, choreographer, and creative professional with a strong academic background in Commerce, Finance, and Accounting.
I have completed my Master of Commerce (M.Com.) in Finance and Control, following my Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. My academic journey has given me a strong foundation in accounting, financial management, business studies, taxation, and related areas of commerce. I particularly enjoy understanding how financial concepts work in practical situations and helping others develop clarity and confidence with numbers.
Alongside academics, I have been deeply involved in Odissi, one of India’s classical dance forms, for many years. My journey in dance has helped me develop discipline, patience, creativity, communication skills, and the confidence to work with students of different ages and backgrounds. I have also gained extensive experience in teaching and mentoring students, both online and offline.
As an educator, I believe that learning should not feel complicated or intimidating. Whether it is Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, my goal is to explain concepts in a simple, structured, and practical way so that students understand not only what to learn but also why it matters. I encourage students to ask questions, learn through examples, and build their concepts step by step rather than relying only on memorization.
My teaching approach focuses on creating a comfortable learning environment where students can openly ask questions and gradually become more confident in their abilities. I especially enjoy helping students overcome the fear of numbers and develop a logical approach to accounting and financial concepts.
I am continuously working on improving my own practical knowledge and expanding my skills in areas such as Advanced Excel, financial analysis, accounting tools, and business applications. I believe that education is a continuous journey, and I enjoy learning alongside my students.
Looking ahead, I aspire to combine my academic background, teaching experience, and passion for learning to build a meaningful career in Finance, Accounting, Education, and Research. I also hope to pursue further higher education and contribute to the academic and professional development of students.
For me, teaching is not simply about completing a syllabus.
it is about helping students become confident, curious, and capable learners.
