Hello everyone, I'm Teacher Chen! Welcome to my little world of Chinese!
Do you find Chinese a bit challenging and mysterious? Don't worry, my class is designed for you! In my view, learning a language shouldn't be a boring chore, but更像是一次有趣的探险。 My goal isn't just to teach you correct grammar and vocabulary, but to help you shed the fear of making mistakes, enabling you to speak Chinese confidently and happily.
What makes my class different?
A relaxed and encouraging atmosphere comes first! In my class, it's okay to make mistakes; the real shame is not daring to speak! I use lots of interesting topics, games, and situational dialogues to get you practising almost without realising it. Haha, actually, making mistakes is one of the fastest ways to learn – let's discover this together!
"Practicality" is more important than "perfection". I won't scare you off with complex grammar right away. We'll start with what you need and want to say most – like how to order food, make friends, or understand your favourite Chinese TV shows. You'll be able to use what you learn immediately!
A pace tailored for YOU. Everyone learns differently and at their own speed. I pay close attention to your progress and adjust our content and pace accordingly. You are the centre of the class, and my teaching revolves around your needs.
What does a typical lesson look like?
We'll start with a relaxed "warm-up chat" about your week and a review of the last lesson. Then, I'll introduce the new topic in a clear and engaging way. Next comes the most important part: the interactive practice! This might be a role-playing game, a group discussion, or analysing the lyrics of a Chinese song together. Finally, we'll summarise and make sure you know how to practice afterwards.
I firmly believe that a good teacher is not just an instructor, but also a cheerleader and a friend. I'm here to support every step of your growth.

Hi! I’m ablic, someone who loves languages and loves sharing them.
What makes me different from many teachers is that I’m not only a Chinese teacher — I’m also a learner myself, currently studying Japanese and having spent ten years learning English. Because I’m always learning languages too, I really understand your struggles and sticking points. I know when grammar feels frustrating, and I also know how exciting it is when you can finally understand your favorite videos or leave a truly authentic comment.
My classes start with what interests you. If you love watching dramas, we’ll use dialogue from shows to practice speaking. If you enjoy music, song lyrics become our material. Maybe you’re curious about traditional Chinese culture — we can start with a poem or a story. If you have clear goals, I’ll customize the course for you. If you’re not sure where to begin, I’ll guide you along a path that “combines grammar with everyday expression” — structured, but never boring.
I have experience teaching Chinese to international students, but I don’t just see myself as a “language teacher.” I’d rather be your companion exploring real Chinese world, helping you learn a natural Chinese that you can actually use — and even show off.

Hello, I am your Chinese language teacher. I graduated from a normal university in China, majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. I hold a Level 2-A Mandarin Proficiency Certificate, an Advanced Chinese Language Teaching Qualification, and I have passed the College English Test Band 6 (CET-6). Although I graduated two years ago, I already have five years of experience teaching both Chinese and English. During my internship at university, I taught comprehensive Chinese courses to students from various countries.
I specialize in helping students learn new vocabulary and expressions through context in the textbook. By using example sentences and synonym transformation exercises, I help students better understand meaning and usage. Grammar and sentence patterns are also integrated naturally into the lessons, allowing students to grasp them gradually through context. When explaining vocabulary, I try to use Chinese as much as possible. Direct English translations may not always be equivalent, which can lead to misunderstanding or misuse of words.
For students preparing for proficiency tests, I design targeted exercises and writing tasks. In class, I use as much Chinese as possible to create an immersive environment and encourage students to speak more. This allows me to identify and correct mistakes in real time.
I have a deep love for reading and Chinese literature. For students with advanced Chinese proficiency, I often include excerpts from literary classics in my lessons to help them appreciate Chinese culture more deeply.

My name is Summer, and i come from xi’an city, which is located in the northwest of China. Graduated from Xi’an international studies university,major in English,since then, english language play a major role in my life. I worked as a foreign sales in the field of international trade for a few years. Therefore, i have rich cross-cultural background through meeting people from different countries（such as European,Mid-east,South Asian etc. ） and really enjoyed communicating with them.
We will have a fun lesson so that you could enjoy and learn at the same time. I even have samples and illustrations that will help you understand.
