Mis clases son prácticas guiadas paso a paso, adaptadas a tus necesidades. Cada sesión de la práctica guiada consta de una fase de calentamiento previo, una fase de ejercicios básicos y una fase de relajación. En cada fase se explica a detalle el movimiento ejecutado, su aplicación y efecto en el organismo, indicando hacia donde va dirigida la acción del movimiento en el cuerpo. Muy importante que se enseña como debe usarse la respiracion en cada ejecucion.
Este método de enseñanza permite adquirir en el practicante hábitos de autodisciplina, mayor concentración del aquí y del ahora, mejorar la salud física y mental, equilibrando mente - cuerpo y espiritu. Los beneficios se notan desde el mismo momento en que comienza su práctica ya que el método usado tomando en cuenta la respiración vital permite que la mente ordene, el cuerpo obedezca y siga o proyecte lo que se quiere mejorar. La práctica guiada no sólo te servirá como práctica en sí, también será un elemento de aprendizaje donde conocerás técnicas que se deben aplicar para la ejecución de cada movimiento que te permiten en poco tiempo hacer tus rutinas sin que se requiera de instructor. En cada sesion necesitaras usar ropa deportiva preferiblemente un mono y franela, no muy ajustada, ligeramente holgada, medias o zapatillas, toalla y esterilla, Te invito a que entres en este mundo maravilloso de la práctica continua de cualquiera de estas disciplinas que tienen un efecto psico-físico, a medida que usted mantenga su constancia y haga de cada práctica un hábito en su vida, se sentirá feliz, alegre, contento y cada día mejor.
