My name is Dinha, I’m a physics student and I teach mathematics to elementary and middle school students. I know how hard it can be to have interest for this subject when we don’t understand, which is why I would like to allow students who are struggling to better their grades, as well as having the opportunity to really discover and enjoy mathematics.

A lo largo de mi trayectoria académica y personal, he descubierto que mi verdadera vocación está en compartir el conocimiento y ayudar a otros a comprender materias que muchas veces son percibidas como difíciles: las Matemáticas y la Física. Estas disciplinas no solo desarrollan el pensamiento lógico, sino que también forman la base de la ciencia, la tecnología y la vida cotidiana. En numerosas ocasiones he ofrecido asesoría en pruebas, exámenes y tareas, ayudando a que los estudiantes se preparen de manera integral. Esto implica no solo repasar fórmulas o teorías, sino también enseñar estrategias de estudio, organización del tiempo y manejo del estrés académico. Mi experiencia me ha demostrado que, cuando los alumnos adquieren estas habilidades, logran resultados más consistentes y, sobre todo, desarrollan confianza en sí mismos.
En conclusión, mi experiencia como tutor me ha permitido desarrollar no solo habilidades pedagógicas, sino también valores como la paciencia, la empatía y la responsabilidad. I have been teaching since I was in secondary school. I helped my colleagues to understand several subjects especially Physics and Mathematics. Teaching was among the part time jobs I did when I was in the university. Since I graduated from the university, I have taught Physics and Mathematics in several schools. Our first year in the university called "100 level" is equivalent to Advance level. We had an equivalence of A level Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. The remaining three years spent are used to go deeper into different aspects of physics and related mathematical courses. Having a bachelor's degree also means one has already mastered A level. Beside solving calculations and studying scientific concepts, I have interest in working with computers. I have graphics design and website design skills. I also work with computer programming and electronic circuits. I have prepared students for senior school Certificate examinations several times and they have always came out in flying colours. Many of them made distinctions even when the examinations were generally regarded as being difficult. Most of them are now in universities studying courses of their choices. I have been able to combine my knowledge of Physics and Mathematics with computer skills to deliver a great learning experience for my students. I have also been marking scripts for external examinations, meaning I know what the examiners expect from the students.
