I am a fully-qualified UK teacher. My educational background includes a BSc in Astrophysics from Royal Holloway, during which I won the Mary MacPherson Essay Prize for Journalism. I was awarded a full scholarship to study an Astronomy and Space Physics Master’s degree at the University of Turku, Finland. I then completed my ProfGCE in Secondary Science from the University of Portsmouth, an OFSTED rated ‘Outstanding’ teacher training provider. I have one year of experience working with KS3 and KS4 students, teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
I have worked with students from a wide variety of backgrounds, and with a wide variety of predicted grades. I have also taught many students with English as an additional language, and know how to adapt my tutoring sessions to different students’ needs.

Hey, I'm Pat! I am 23 and have a Bachelor's in Astrophysics from the University of Washington in the United States and am currently pursuing a Master's in the same field at Leiden University. I aspire to be a professor as I love to teach and have enjoyed my time tutoring high school and university students online. I tailor my lessons to each individual student depending on their needs. I encourage them to bring homework problems or questions from class, but I also always have practice problems ready to share as I believe in an example-driven approach. I hope help as many students as I can achieve their academic goals.

Fin da quando ero seduto sui banchi di scuola ho sempre pensato a quanto sarebbe stato interessante trovarsi dall’altra parte della cattedra ed ho sviluppato con gli anni una forte ammirazione verso il mestiere dell’educatore. Quando ho iniziato la mia laurea magistrale (nel 2020) ho infatti cominciato a dare ripetizioni a ragazzi in difficoltà, sia online che in presenza. I ragazzi mi riempivano di complimenti, dicendomi che riuscivano finalmente a capire materie complicate come fisica e scienze, ed io provavo una soddisfazione immensa nel riuscire ad aiutarli ed a svolgere questo mestiere. Tant’è che nel 2021 ho cominciato a lavorare nella scuola privata Athenaeum in cui ho svolto lezioni di matematica, fisica e scienze (comprendendo l’ottica, la geografia astronomica, etc.) di recupero e non per ragazzi di diversi indirizzi scolastici. Ho quindi già due anni di esperienza nelle lezioni frontali in classe che mi hanno portato ad avere sicurezza, abilità e soprattutto il rispetto dei miei alunni. Durante questo intervallo di tempo ho sia lavorato in aula sia continuato con delle ripetizioni sporadiche quando ero libero dallo studio per l’università.

Soy una estudiante de Química y me gustaría dar clases de Ciencias en cualquier curso y nivel.
Mis clases particulares se caracterizan por hacer que el alumno participe y resuelva sus dudas. También se reforzarán las técnicas de estudio y el pensamiento crítico del alumno.
Tengo experiencia ya que llevo tres años compaginando las clases particulares con la universidad, desde alumnos de primaria y la ESO hasta Bachiller.

Impartisco lezioni private a ragazzi delle scuole superiori da 9 anni. Dal conseguimento del titolo triennale aiuto anche studenti universitari a superare gli esami delle materie scientifiche.
Grazie all'esperienza che ho fatto seguendo decine di studenti, il mio approccio si adatta immediatamente alle diverse esigenze ed è volto al superamento delle difficoltà soggettive di ognuno, in maniera personalizzata.
In ogni lezione è possibile analizzare le basi teoriche, svolgere esercizi ed anche discutere degli approfondimenti, sui vari argomenti elencati. Al termine di ogni lezione lo studente sarà in grado di cogliere gli aspetti fondamentali degli argomenti che sono stati analizzati e anche di svolgere i compiti per casa.
L'obiettivo principale è quello di fornire strumenti teorici e pratici per permettere a tutti, anche a chi pensa di avere particolari difficoltà, di acquisire autonomia nell'affrontare questo studio anche con facilità ed interesse.
Le lezioni si svolgono in via telematica su Google Meet o Zoom, utilizzando una tavoletta grafica. Le lavagne virtuali create durante le spiegazioni e le esercitazioni verranno fornite in pdf allo studente al termine della lezione.
Il prezzo mostrato è relativo alle lezioni per scuole superiori; per scuole medie ed università esso sarà più basso o più alto, a seconda dell'impegno richiesto.

I have accumulated over 10 years of professional experience in the field of education. In my most
recent position at Gokkusagi Koleji in Istanbul, and Kazanim International Schools served as a
dedicated instructor, specializing in physics and mathematics. During my tenure, I have acquired
valuable knowledge and skills that have prepared me to excel in the role of a Design & Technology
Teacher at Your platform. Also as you can see I never stop learning so that the methodology for
me never been seperated from content, as I believe that; in order to make the student attain 10%
