Hi, I'm Valentina, I'm 100% Italian and I have a bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literature. Moreover, I'm currently attending a course called Languages for International Cooperation, to obtain a master's degree. I've experience in teaching and translation thanks to my studies and an internship in a University Foreign Language School. I've also worked in the translation field, as a freelance. Furthermore, I'm passionate about various topics such as music, painting, drawing, TV series and environment, that we can easily deepen in our conversation exercises and texts. LEARNING METHOD: My method is based on a more interactive study. Focusing on doing grammar exercises on the textbook and learning in a mechanical way could be boring to death, especially if you have already reached a high level! For this reason, I like including texts, articles and videos on topics that you are passionate about and analysing them to find your doubts and help you to understand. I'm interested in linguistics and etymology, so you will also learn a lot of curiosities about words origin and my culture!

• Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.
• How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
• Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
• Where are the lessons held?
