El Coaching me cambió (y me sigue cambiando) literalmente la vida. Es por ello que desde entonces me siento prácticamente en la obligación de divulgar sus beneficios y de tratar de ayudar a otras personas para que, si lo desean, cambien su vida a mejor.
Creo que siempre hay margen para mejorar y para sentirse un poco más feliz en cualquier ámbito de la vida. Así lo entiendo y así lo practico con mi propia vida cada día.
Si decides confiar en mi como Coach, haré todo lo que esté en mi mano para que dejes de necesitarme cuanto antes.
Si tenemos voluntad, determinación y, en no pocas ocasiones, una imperiosa necesidad, cambiar es mucho más fácil de lo que nos podamos imaginar a priori.
Quizás, lo único que se necesite sea la más exquisita profesionalidad por mi parte, que la tendrás, y, por tu parte, el más exquisito compromiso y una mentalidad abierta al cambio.
Nada más y nada menos.
P.S. Las clases/sesiones son eminentemente prácticas (es difícil observar resultados resultados sin acción).
