Respect is a very important part of my teaching thus: 1) I always do a 15 minute interview - if I feel I am not the right teacher for you, I will let you know 2) If after one or two classes we are not working well together we both have the right to stop the classes 3) If you can not make the class please make sure that you rearrange it, as I will only wait 15 minutes for a student, after this I will close the class and our next class will only be 45 minutes long 4) Each class is an hour long, if you arrive late for a class we will still finish at the allocated time 5) Missing classes/not showing up may mean you still have to pay for that class

En cada clase aprendo muchísimo. Las clases se guían por mis objetivos y cómo ir evolucionando en el idioma inglés en los temas profesionales, lo que logro satisfactoriamente con las clases de Richard. Compré un pack de 10 clases com Richard para prepararme para el Proficiency y realmente me fue muy útil para submergirme en el inglés e integrarlo en mi cerebro. Además Richard se preocupaba para que mejorara los errores tanto de vocabulario como de gramatica que iba haciendo para cada vez reproducirlos menos. Trabajamos tanto a nivel oral como en escrito y estoy muy satisfecho con esta experiencia. Aun me quedan dos clases más programadas con él y estoy seguro que aun voy a aprender más y me lo pasaré genial!

I'm taking business English lessons with Richard and I can say he is the best English teacher I had so far (and I can assure I come across a few ones). He is preparing the classes in advance, talking about relevant subjects, doing corrections, preparing me for facing challenge situations. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
