Therefor I have to say, that there isn't always the perfect method of teaching, because each student is different. Some Pupil are more shy and others are more extrovert, and depending on that you can play more with the methodology of your classes. The different languages i do speak, have their origen by my familymembers. I was living about 19 years in germany and now i am living here in Spain for about 4 and a half years. The english I am speaking now a days belongs to my many friends that are foreign people and which obligated me to speak english.

Therefor I have to say, that there isn't always the perfect method of teaching, because each student is different. Some Pupil are more shy and others are more extrovert, and depending on that you can play more with the methology of your classes.

Moana es una excelente profesora con una gran paciencia enseñando. En nuestro caso las clases de alemán son por skype y son tan eficaces como en persona. Enfoca su metodología en función de los progresos. Sus clases se centran en varias fases gramática, conversación, juegos en alemán y escritura. Mis hijos la adoran y tienen muy buen contacto. Destacar que es una persona muy responsable, eficaz en la enseñanza y muy flexible a las demandas de los niños. La recomendamos altamente.

• Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
