About me

My name is Yoliswa, for short I am just Yolie. Yoliswa is a Xhosa that loosely translates to Happiness. I currently work as a Database Administrator and Data Analyst for a Bank in South Africa. I am completing my degree in BSc Informatics at the University of South Africa. I am 29 years old and enjoy being with people. I am a fun, loving, and kind person at heart. I like talking and listening all at the same time. I like laughing and making people laugh as well. My personality is bubbly and always optimistic. I have a positive outlook towards life in general. I like cooking and baking for family and friends, I believe food brings people together. Me as a teacher. I am insightful and have a lot of knowledge that i want teach those that follow after me. I mento people in my community already, and that's the main reason i chose to teach English online. I am a very supportive teacher, i understand that people are not the same and that students require special attention because learning something new is not always easy. I am patient and reasonable. I am also genuinely interested in my student's lives.
